Just thought I would add this one - this was me in mid-March 2012 next to one taken on the day I was going to get the splint/backslab replaced with my fibreglass cast (Oct 16) - I am 40kgs (88pds) lighter.
I am now another 14kgs (31pds) lighter again since this one was taken...........and still going!!

ha ha - just noticed the shower chair in the back ground I had been using lol!
