About 2 weeks after surgery when I was getting my stitches out:

First Cast: (only had two and they were identical!)

6 weeks post surgery... wow this looks way worse than my foot now! I think being able to move it is an amazing boon!

Ouch!! Your incisions are far worse than mine! I love your cast! My surgeon is cheap with the colored cast tape. He does it all in white and only puts one roll of color on the outside. I can't imagine if I asked him for two colors HAHAHA

That is the iceman icing machine or cooling system. I highly recommend it. I used the Breg this time - my insurance covered it - and it worked well too!

I have a cryo cuff that my mom gave me from her knee replacement surgery. I don't have any health insurance right now so they won't be covering anything. Only issue with my cryocuff is that the only attachment I have for it is the knee attachment. My doc puts me straight into a cast so it doesn't matter too much.
